Since beginning my journey in this Internship, my dedication to the work and motivation to grow have led me to exceptional projects and experiences. I’m grateful for such an opportunity that I’m passionate about, and am proud to share examples of my greatest work. Take a moment to check out my portfolio, and get in touch with any questions.

Internship Log
The document attached displays an outline of times and dates showing when I engaged in different tasks/jobs. It is very important to include this log as it provides an overview to my time at GOLDOC. However, it doesn't highlight that I maintained my part-time employment throughout this period working ten to fifteen hours per week.
OXN Studios Organisational Structure
Early on in my internship I was tasked with the quest of developing and scaling a Venue Management Organisational chart for Oxenford. This proved to be very rewarding and allowed me to engage with the broader team as I had to scout out information that wasn't stored on the database.Furthermore, I learnt for how to use a new program called 'scale it' which provided me with the necessary tools to make a the attached document. This task will become especially helpful in the future as I delve into my management major for business as I am certain I will have to develop an organisational structure.

Emergency Grab Bag
The Emergency Grab was a very important and laborious job that I dived head first into. At a cursory glance I did not think this task would be overly challenging but upon reflection was one of the more mentally draining tasks. The premise of the Grab Bag was to ensure the safety of everyone within the Emergency Control Centre (ECR) if it was to go mobile in the case of an emergency. The bag was equipped with a plethora of necessary documentation and equipment such as a loud hailer, torch light and much more. This task was one of the most rewarding as it had a level of importance to it and encapsulated consequences if it wasn't conducted at a professional level.

Conducting Scenario Training
Scenario Training for my co-workers and volunteers was a pivotal point in my internship as I assumed a leadership role which required me to train and engage 20-30 people on different scenarios that could play out at games time. This was a very rewarding experience and allowed me to flourish in a public speaking role.
Lanyard Contact List
The Lanyard Contact List was very time consuming and involved a lot of drafts to be made up to ensure the best quality. This task tested my resilience as it involved a lot of cooperation from multiple people to ensure we could deliver the project on time. This was a fun and exciting job that really set in the idea of getting 'games time ready' and ensured we were prepared.

Policy and Procedure Development and Filing
This task required the filtering of all available policies and procedures. Firstly, I had to determine those that had been signed off, secondly I had to select only those relevant to Venue Management and thirdly I had to file these appropriately in the folders. This allowed me to browse these documents and gain a general understanding of issues relevant to GC2018. These folders will also be extremely useful as the planning progresses. I found this task to be effective in developing my industry knowledge as a foundation for my career.
Bump In and Bump Out Tracker
The Bump In and Bump Out Tracker Document was created for the purpose of tracking people coming into the venue/ site prior to the security being in place and the Bump out served the same purpose for after the games. If you click on the button below it will become a lot more clear as to the purpose of the document. To put it frankly it is a glorified sign in and sign out sheet.
